The new Payment Portal will be available on July 21, 2026. You can view, search and pay your invoices in a secure online space. Please take the time to review our frequently asked questions to get you started using the portal.

Who do I contact about how to use the portal?

You can call 828-464-7240 ext 5100 or email our team for assistance at: ar@sbfx.com. There is no formal training on the customer portal.

How do I get access to the online billing portal?

You can access the online billing portal by clicking this link: Payment PortalOnce you have an account setup, you will login at this same location. 

Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?
 Your chosen administrator for the portal can add additional users.
How will I know when my bill is available?

You will receive an email notification when your invoices are available.

Do we have to pay online?

Online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to pay your invoices online.

What method of payment can we pay with on the portal?

Acceptable forms of payment include:
> ACH - No Fees
> Credit Card - Fees Apply

Will I receive a printed bill along with my electronic invoice?

No, you will only receive an email notification of the available invoice online.

Will the Bill of Lading be available online?

Yes.  An image of the Bill of Lading will available.

If I choose to continue to receive paper bills, will I still be able to view the bills on the portal?

You’ll still be able to log into the portal to view, download, and pay your invoices if you
receive a paper bill.
